I recently left Microsoft to take a break from working and to study baking and mathematics. I'm getting pretty good at baking, at least.

Your breads look great, the cinnamon rolls make my mouth water, and the bagels look better than the ones I made. I don't think people know there are multiple cooking processes required to make bagels.

Yeah, that's what it does. I guess I'd prefer if it stopped getting longer, but it seems to have a mind of its own...
